Privacy Policy

100% Local
Your files are processed directly in your browser. They are never uploaded to our servers.
Zero Uploads
We do not store, view, or keep copies of your data. Conversion is purely client-side.
Total Security
Confidential files, private photos, or personal audio remain in your exclusive custody throughout.
1. Data Collection
PureConverter does not collect, store, or request personal data from its users. Because the processing engines (FFmpeg and ImageMagick WebAssembly) run entirely within your browser's sandbox environment, your input and output files never come into contact with our servers.
2. Online Requests and Connections
PureConverter performs only standard network connections to load static assets and maintain aggregate statistics:
- CDNs / Asset Hosts: Downloading static WebAssembly scripts (such as ffmpeg-core) for local processing.
- Scoreboard API (Cloudflare Workers): Sends simple numerical counters (number of converted files and total bytes processed) to update general statistics on the public scoreboard. No personal information, IP addresses, or file contents are transmitted.
3. Local Storage
We use your browser's local storage (LocalStorage) exclusively to store your language preferences (English or Portuguese). You can clear this data at any time by clearing your browser cache.
4. Legal Compliance (GDPR & LGPD)
PureConverter was designed under the principle of Privacy by Default. Because we do not collect or process personal data on our servers, the service fully complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) in the European Union, the General Data Protection Law (LGPD) in Brazil, and equivalent regulations.
5. Contact
If you have any questions regarding this privacy policy, you can contact the developer under the Gregorium Labs initiative.
