1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using PureConverter, you expressly agree to comply with these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to any of the terms listed, you must not use our tool.
2. Description of Service and Local Limitations
PureConverter is a static, in-browser file converter running entirely on the client-side using WebAssembly technology. You acknowledge and agree that:
- The speed and success of the conversion depend directly on the technical specifications (CPU and RAM) of your own device.
- Excessively large files may crash or exhaust your browser's memory due to allocation limits within the browser sandbox.
- There is no guarantee of compatibility with 100% of file formats or proprietary media encodings due to licensing limitations.
3. Intellectual Property and Copyright
All visual elements, frontend source code structure, and trademarks of the PureConverter platform belong to the creator of the Gregorium Labs initiative. Gregorium Labs is focused on the development of innovative software solutions and digital tools.
4. Disclaimer of Warranties
PureConverter is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Gregorium Labs is not responsible for data loss, damage to the user's device, or processing failures that may occur arising from the use of the tool.
5. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the website after updates constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
